Is Twitter on the rise? Is Facebook changing too much for its own good? Which do you prefer?

My cousin recently got rid of his Facebook because he prefers Twitter. I probably won’t do the same just because I enjoy Facebook for the pictures, and catching up with old friends that I am able to find and contact.

However, I probably won’t post as many pictures on the book anymore because it’s easier to text them to my twitter and them appear online without me having to download anything on my computer.

I believe Twitter is truly on the rise in the competitive social networking site race. With Twitter, one can communicate and connect with celebrities, friends, websites, sports, the news, and many more. It’s also a lot quicker than Facebook. The slim amount of characters one can post in a tweet forces those tweets to be compact and to the point.

Let me know what you think.
